Grief is not a problem to solve.
It is a relationship to learn how to live with.

In our work together, we don’t aim for closure or detachment. Instead, we focus on integration—learning how to carry grief in ways that allow you to remain present, connected, and alive.

  • Honors continuing bonds with what or who has been lost

My mother died when I was 20. My father passed in 2024. Their traumatic losses were the bookends of my heroine’s journey, and for more than three decades I’ve studied psychology, holistic health, energy medicine, grief support and spiritual healing to understand how we transform our greatest pain into embodied, feminine power..

GRIEF & WELLNESS COACHING

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS 

A private, supportive session for individuals navigating grief, loss, or major life transitions. These sessions focus on grounding the nervous system, integrating loss, and helping you reconnect to yourself with clarity and compassion.

Sessions may include:
• Grief integration coaching
• Nervous system regulation tools
• Somatic grounding practices
• Support for relational or cumulative grief

This is not therapy, but a trauma-informed coaching space that complements therapeutic care. Individual sessions may be purchased as a single session or in a set of 6 or 12 sessions.

Grief Stabilization Session–most popular!
75 minutes

Grief and major life transitions can leave us feeling disoriented, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward.

This private 75-minute session is designed to steady the nervous system and create space to process what you are experiencing in a supportive, grounded environment.

Together we will gently explore the emotional and physical impact of grief while introducing simple practices that can help bring greater stability during difficult life transitions and the big waves of grief that accompany those transitions.

This session is supportive for individuals experiencing:

• Loss of a loved one
• Divorce or relationship endings
• Anticipatory grief
• Major life changes or layered grief

Clients often leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and better equipped to navigate the days ahead.

Sessions are available virtually or in person.
