I have over 30 years of experience on the path of Holistic Healing. I have a Master's degree in Holistic Health Education, I'm a certified wellness coach and sound healer. I have walked through my own early traumatic motherloss, loss of my father to alcoholism and navigated motherhood with debilitating migraines.
